How to make an exchange

Exchanges for a different size or color can be initiated online.
  
Make exchanges online when: 

• You need a different size of the same style
• You need a different color of the same style
• And the replacement item is the same price you paid originally

 
Through the online exchange process, you’ll order the new size/color at no charge and get a free return shipping label. We reserve replacement items for 14 days. Inventory is limited, so make sure to ship the exchange package within 7 days of requesting your exchange, or your exchange may be canceled. Once the shipping label is scanned, we will ship the replacement order to you free of charge.
 
If your exchange is canceled, you may still return your order for a refund.

Keep in mind, inventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to place your online exchange sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!
